- STAR Immunotherapy Study
Our team wants to hear about your experience (including side effects and symptoms) so that we can provide better support to patients in the future.
The goal of this study is to better understand how immunotherapy affects your quality of life through detailed assessments of your side effects and symptoms. You would be asked to complete questionnaires (remotely or in-person) once a month for a year and a half.
The STAR Immunotherapy Study is an observational study that will enroll 416 stage IV patients in South Texas and South Florida.
This study is funded by the National Cancer Institute.
You can receive up to $950 in payment for participation!

- Be 18 years or older
- Speak English or Spanish

- Be initiating treatment with an immune checkpoint inhibitor (ICI) alone or in combination with other cancer therapy
